My Modern Met Store has our headquarters in sunny Southern California. 

 

Where do you ship?

We ship to most countries worldwide using the United States Postal Service (USPS). 

We are unable to ship to the following countries: Cuba, Iran, Russia, North Korea.

Where is my order?

All domestic orders include package tracking. If you ordered within the United States, you will receive tracking information from us via e-mail. It can take between 24 and 48 hours for the status to update on the USPS website.

For international orders, tracking is only available with USPS Priority Mail International. Your package might be subject to import fees or taxes; in that case, the order might be held at your local post office if additional fees are due. My Modern Met Store cannot guarantee delivery dates for any shipments. If you have missed a delivery, we are unable to reschedule a delivery for you. In that case, you should contact your local post office.

 

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

We ship our orders Monday through Friday. U.S. order should arrive within 2 to 6 business days. International orders can take between 2 and 3 weeks. For more detailed information on shipping, visit our Shipping and Returns page. 

 

I'm an international customer. Are customs, VAT, or duty fees included in my order?

We do not include customs, VAT, or duty fees in your order. You are responsible for paying these fees, and we are unable to estimate what they might be, as these are controlled by the governmental authorities in your area and therefore vary. 

If additional import fees are required, your package may be held at the local post office until they are paid. 

 

My order was lost or damaged. Help!

In the event that your package is lost, defective, or damaged, please contact us immediately at store@mymodernmet.com. We will address your issue at that time.

If you've placed an international order, please wait five weeks from ordering before assuming that the item is lost.
